Hello! I’m Amanda-Paige, the founder and CEO of Fair Care Resolutions, and my journey into this work spans nearly a decade of hands-on experience in medical billing. I’ve worked for a medical billing company managing accounts for multiple practices, was a Pediatric nurse, and I ran a specialist’s office from top to bottom—handling everything from patient intake, authorizations, surgery scheduling, prescriptions, to insurance claims, denials, appeals and payments. I’ve seen the system inside and out, and I know how complex and frustrating it can be.

Life took me on a different path for a while. As the wife of a disabled veteran, I stepped away to homeschool our children and focus on family. But a deeply personal experience brought me back to this field with a renewed purpose. After my daughter was left with crushing medical debt following a devastating car accident, I saw firsthand how patients can be caught in a cycle of confusion and financial strain through no fault of their own. That moment lit a fire in me—and Fair Care Resolutions was born.
